the executive king room was spacious with a very nice bathroom. the bed was comfortable. i found the free parking very convenient. a full english breakfast was included in the rate.
i found it slightly difficult to locate a member of staff at times.

All staff members delivered wonderful service. i appreciated the large car park. There were definitely over sixty spaces. the hotel sits in a great location, right beside the serene river. the breakfast included tasty options. I enjoyed it.
The room only had one towel provided, even though the room was booked for two people. I did have to ask for an extra towel.

The room had lovely brightness and felt spacious, it was such a peaceful retreat. i noticed many power outlets, very convenient for charging devices. the bed proved comfy, assuring restful sleep. Such a wonderful space, .

The breakfast included tasty options and fresh ingredients. It was good. i spotted a variety of choices that certainly catered to differing preferences. the breakfast area was nice. Though the service was slightly slow, the quality shone.

The hotel enjoys a great location, and it is near the river and the high street. How enchanting. i found it conveniently located, with many places easily accessible. opposite the hotel, i observed the swan inn, a lovely spot. Though the parking was a bit expensive!

the room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and mattress.
the electrical points were badly positioned and it was hard to plug in appliances like a hairdryer the lighting was very poor , made shaving difficult for my husband and applying makeup difficult for me i would not stay again.

the breakfast offered a nice range of hot food.
The room smelled strongly of body odour. It was quite off putting. the bed sheets also had a musky smell. the bed wasn't comfortable and had a very heavy winter quilt even though it wasn't winter.
